Create one of our PORCH PLANK wood sign projects!  Choose between many designs of our 12"x48" PORCH PLANKS. You may add a frame for an additional fee. 

Customize with your family name and by choosing your preferred stain & paint colors! 

Kits come with an unfinished wood porch plank, Paint & Stain of your choice,  Stencil & all the tools/materials needed to complete your DIY sign from home - including step by step instructions! 

**pictures are just examples of color combos - you get to customize your project by picking your own!

(Don't worry you don't have to free paint anything ... our stencils are what help you "paint" in the design and when paint is dry you remove the stencils to reveal your masterpiece!)

 

Kits are ready within 3-5 day business days and once your kit is ready for pick up location we will EMAIL YOU -  our studio is located at 553 S. Main Street, Shrewsbury, PA 17361 !

This is a WOOD project so your sign WILL HAVE random cracks, chips, knots and other NATURAL blemishes that give it it's characteristics! Some peeling may occur.
 Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be display worthy! 

Unless otherwise stated in the description, all embellishments or props are not included in project price.

Due to the customization at all of our projects, there are NO REFUNDS.
Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and MUST BE pre-approved and submitted at least 10 days prior to your event or pick up.
If approved, a customization fee of $5-$25 will apply depending on design and difficulty.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production for your project.

Due to the customization of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home. You may also be able to complete your project at an open paint session. Projects will only be held for 30 days from the original workshop date.  Please private message us on Facebook or email us hammerandstainshrewsbury@gmail.com for any questions on attendance.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
