TWEEN & TEEN Summer Art Camp at HAMMER & STAIN SHREWSBURY invites artists (ages 12-16) to explore the more tedius, more intricate, more involved projects that Hammer & Stain Shrewsbury has to offer. 

We will be making cozy knit blankets, resin flower trays, candles, crushed glass sun catchers, and so much more!

Plus on Friday, July 10th - it will be our very own SPA DAY! Creating your own sugar scrubs, roller perfumes, and so many other special treats! 

Ages 12 - 16. Camps are limited to 10 campers per week.

PRICE WILL INCREASE MARCH 1st. 

Camps run from 9am-noon each day. We will also provide a beverage and individual snacks each day. We ask that kids dress to get messy and wear clothes that are ok to get dirty.

Each Camper will get a H&S T-shirt. Feel free to pack water bottles labeled with names. Each themed week will be sure to inspire your child as we will make a new projects daily. We will work with all sorts of mediums and break the days up with games, snacks, activities and multiple crafts.

We will only release children to people noted on the registration. They must come in and sign out the child at pick up and we may ask for ID if necessary to keep everyone safe. 

How to register:

  1. Simply answer our required questions and add to cart. If you would like to add multiple weeks just add one to cart then hit back and add another.
  2. Checkout...yes it's THAT simple

We begin planning and purchasing supplies as soon as registration is OPEN. Due to the planning of staff and purchasing of supplies, there will be NO REFUNDS. Also, there will be NO refunds if your child is sick or can't attend. Again, there are NO REFUNDS due to the planning and supplies of our camp. We will pack their projects up as home kits or try our best to work them into the other days.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the available drop-down menus.
  2. Provide any personalization details, if applicable, such as names, dates, or other information needed to create your custom stencil.
  3. Review and agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add your project to your cart and complete checkout.

Once your order is submitted, we’ll begin preparing your project and getting everything ready for your creative experience!

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted, we begin preparing and producing your project specifically for you. Because our workshops and projects are customized, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, your project may be converted into a Hammer @ Home Kit for you to complete at home. Depending on availability and the project, you may also have the option to complete your project during a future Open Paint session.

Projects will be held for up to 30 days from the original workshop date. After 30 days, unclaimed projects and materials may no longer be available.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise stated in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend public workshops or private events.

Our workshops are designed around the number of registered makers, and additional guests can interfere with the space, instruction, and overall experience of those participating.

If an unregistered guest arrives, they may be asked to leave. Registered makers may inquire about purchasing a guest seat; however, availability and approval are required before an additional guest may attend.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this guest attendance policy.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
