Join us on Friday, August 14th @ 6:00pm for an Open Pour Resin Workshop! 

Whether you're trying resin for the first time or returning to perfect your pour, this open-style workshop is for all experience levels! Join us for a fun and creative evening as you design your own custom resin art project with guidance from our instructors.

When you arrive, you’ll choose your project from a variety of options—cutting boards, trays, coasters, and more! Select your own color palette, add-ins like sand, shells, gold flakes, or sand, and make something uniquely you. (**Please note Resin Sun Catchers and Resin w/Flowers are NOT an option during this Resin Open Pour - these projects can be made at their own specialty workshops listed on our website)

How It Works:

  • Reserve your spot with a $25 deposit (applied as a credit to your project selection at the workshop)

  • Choose your project in-studio (projects range from $35–$95+) **Project examples include: a range of cutting boards & trays, decorative pieces to hang on the wall, trinket trays, coasters & some unique one of a kind pieces

  • Instructor-led pour session—great for beginners

  • Leave your piece to cure (resin needs 48 hours—we’ll email you when it’s ready for pickup!)

  • Workshop lasts approx. 1-1.5 hours

 

‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ ⬇️

Projects range in price from about $35-$95+. Your workshop cost will be based upon your project chosen. The $25 seat fee is only to hold your workshop seat and will be applied to your in-studio project selection! This workshop is offered a la carte style!

Please note that your $25 is NON REFUNDABLE - if you don't show up, can't make the time slot or need to cancel you will forfeit your $25 deposit.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your workshop time. 

This is an adult workshop. Children under 10yo are not permitted and children between the ages of 10yo and 16yo may register with a registered adult. Please note each registrant must have their own project or pay for a seat fee ($20, non-refundable). Please email us to let us know you are bringing someone that is not participating and will need to pay the seating fee. 

Resin DOES NOT come off of clothing or materials (bags, coats, etc. ) We suggest bringing the bare minimum to the studio and dress appropriately. 

You may bring your favorite beverage to enjoy during the workshop! Food is not suggested as resin is quite messy and requires gloves!

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production for your project.

Due to the customization of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home. You may also be able to complete your project at an open paint session. Projects will only be held for 30 days from the original workshop date.  Please private message us on Facebook or email us hammerandstainshrewsbury@gmail.com for any questions on attendance.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.


By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
