Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun for your supporters when you host a fundraising event at Hammer & Stain Shrewsbury.

Ways to Fundraise:

Hammer @ Home Kits

Kits are the easiest for your organization.  You designate a time period for your fundraising drive, and we send you a link to send to everyone by email.  They place their orders on their own.  We organize the pick up timing of the kits with the individuals. Kits will include everything that is needed to complete their project. On the last day of the drive after orders have all been placed you pick up a check for the profits your organization has earned. 

In-Studio Fundraising - Private Workshop

Together we work on a date & time where your organization can host a private fundraising event in the studio.  Class size can be up to 24 people depending on the size of the project that the customers will be working on.  The minimum number of people required to book the studio is 10. These are instructor lead classes.

We are a BYOB and snacks and food are permitted. 

Off-Site Fundraising - Workshop @ Your Location

Have a large group and need a bigger space.  We can come to you.  We work together to find a time & date where we can bring the crafting to your space.  Class size is unlimited, but we require a minimum of 15 people to go to an offsite location.  If you have less than 15 people, class will be held in the studio. 

How It Works:

There are no physical tickets to sell. We provide an online private link for your fundraiser with projects & designs for adults and kids that you distribute to participants/families and they can then distribute to their friends/families to spread the fundraising efforts. Everyone orders their projects/kits through the website link.

We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system.

If attending in studio, projects will be waiting for you on your scheduled date.

If picking up to complete at home, set dates and times will be scheduled for pickup.

To book an in-studio fundraiser, we require a deposit of $50 to book & reserve a date (which will be refunded once the minimum sign up has been met, non refundable if cancelled within 7 days of event).

Hammer & Stain Shrewsbury will donate $10 of each sale back to your organization

After the event/pick up date, Hammer & Stain Shrewsbury will send the proceeds directly to the organization. You must provide us with evidence that you are authorized to collect donations for the organization you represent

We suggest you book your fundraiser a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of your event in order to allow adequate time to fill at least 15 seats.

We'll advertise your fundraiser alongside our other events on social media, too!
