KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES!
Looking for a unique birthday experience for your child and his/her friends? Look no further! Host a private party at our studio - let the kids create their own custom project and leave the mess with us!
Parties last approx 1.5-2 hours (depending on if we take a break for food/cake).
For parties of 8-9 we charge a $50 studio rental fee (we keep your $50 deposit as the fee, for parties of 10+ there is NO RENTAL FEE and your $50 deposit becomes a credit towards your final bill)
**Please note for parties of 10+ the birthday girl/boy’s project is FREE!

Our Birthday Parties are great for ages 6-16!
Parties can be held on the weekend or during the week based on availability.
Our studio can only hold 24 people max so we ask that parents or kids attending the birthday party drop off their kids while the parents of the birthday girl/boy stay (a few additional parents staying is okay as long as we don’t exceed 24 people).
Please note that your deposit is non-refundable if you need to cancel the party.
*Your final invoice is due 48 hours prior to the party - you will receive an email invoice for easy payment.*
Parties must be booked no later than 3 weeks prior to the party date, highly recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance due to our schedule booking fast.
Final head counts and design choices (if applicable) are due 1 week prior to the party. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production for your project.
Due to the customization of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home. You may also be able to complete your project at an open paint session. Projects will only be held for 30 days from the original workshop date. Please private message us on Facebook or email us hammerandstainshrewsbury@gmail.com for any questions on attendance.
Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood
This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
