Our mission is to ensure that no pet goes without essential care due to financial hardship. We provide pet food and critical supplies to individuals and families in need, helping them continue to care for their beloved animals during difficult times. By addressing the root causes of pet surrender, we strive to reduce the number of animals returned or relinquished to shelters due to financial challenges. We believe that keeping pets in their homes not only strengthens the human-animal bond but also eases the burden on local shelters and rescues. Join us for a fun and meaningful night of creativity while supporting a great cause! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your very own pet-themed sun catcher using crushed glass, vibrant colors, and resin.

Choose from a variety of adorable pet-inspired designs—perfect for dog lovers, cat lovers, or anyone who wants to celebrate their furry friend.

No experience needed—we’ll guide you step-by-step to design a beautiful piece that will sparkle in the sunlight.

*This workshop is for adults and teens(16+). 1 Person per project (2 people CAN NOT work on the same project). Resin DOES NOT come out of clothes. We will provide you with aprons and gloves, but it is not recommended wearing your favorite outfit.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production for your project.

Due to the customization of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home. You may also be able to complete your project at an open paint session. Projects will only be held for 30 days from the original workshop date. Please private message us on Facebook or email us hammerandstainshrewsbury@gmail.com for any questions on attendance.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
