Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun for your supporters when you host a fundraising event at Hammer & Stain. Your supporters will have a blast and you could raise $100 or more for your cause!
Here’s how it works:
There are no physical tickets to sell. We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system. Your supporters will sign up directly at our website (www.hammerandstain.com)
To book a fundraiser, we require you to pay a deposit of $50 (which will be refunded once the minimum sign up has been met). We require a minimum of 10 people in studio and 25 off location and have projects for all budgets and all ages.
We suggest you book your fundraiser a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of your event in order to allow adequate time to sell at least 10 seats so that the event is profitable for you. We will advertise your fundraiser alongside our other events on social media outlets and in our VIP updates.
After the event, Hammer & Stain will donate proceeds directly to the organization. You must provide us with evidence that you are authorized to collect donations for the organization you represent.
Fundraisers may be scheduled Monday-Thursday for both in studio and off location. Workshops last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production for your project.
Due to the customization of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home. You may also be able to complete your project at an open paint session. Projects will only be held for 30 days from the original workshop date. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood
This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
