Join us Monday, December 16th @ 6:00PM at HAMMER AND STAIN SHREWSBURY for a FUNDRAISER benefiting their school. 

You have three ways to support SYC CHEER:

  • Register and purchase a project and complete the project on our Fundraiser Workshop Night (Monday, December 16 @ 6PM) @ Hammer and Stain Shrewsbury.
  • Register and purchase a Hammer @ Home Kit. Hammer @ Home Kits include project and all supplies/instructions to complete your project at home. You will pick up your kits @ Hammer & Stain Shrewsbury. Kits will be ready for pickup within 3-5 business days of event date. You will receive an email stating your kit is ready for pickup.

  • Register and purchase a project and complete the project at Hammer and Stain Shrewsbury on any Open Paint Night AFTER the fundraiser night.

Registration for the fundraiser will close on Monday, December 9th.

If you choose to complete your project at our Fundraiser Workshop: You will get to customize your project with your choice of stain & paint colors at the event. This registration will allow for one person to come make one project from this collection.

If you choose to purchase project and have it prepared as a Hammer @ Home Kit: You will choose your stain color and up to 5 paint colors on this registration. Which will be included in your Hammer @ Home Kit.

This workshop will be held at Hammer and Stain Shrewsbury, 553 S. Main Street, Shrewsbury, PA 17361.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production for your project.

Due to the customization of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home. You may also be able to complete your project at an open paint session. Projects will only be held for 30 days from the original workshop date.  Please private message us on Facebook or email us hammerandstainshrewsbury@gmail.com for any questions on attendance.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
